1. Bonds are medium and long-term capital mobilization channels of enterprises. Bonds do not dilute a business owner's control like stocks. Buyers of bonds are lenders for interest, businesses are borrowers, and lending is risky.
2. Bank bonds are bonds of banks. Bank bonds underwritten by some other enterprise.
3. Bonds will be less risky when secured by assets or guaranteed by the Bank.
4. Asymmetric information is a part of life, not 100% transparent. But the consultant is responsible for providing full information, risks and benefits to the client. At the same time, the customer also needs to read the contract in full before placing a pen.
