Philippines

Fair Finance Philippines (FFPh) is a coalition of local organizations advocating for sustainable finance at the national level and the integration of environmental, social, and governance (ESG) criteria in the Philippine financial sector’s policies and practices. As such, FFPh urges the financial institutions to thoroughly integrate ESG criteria in their policies and operations and reiterates the need for climate action, as this is especially critical for the country, given its high vulnerability to the impacts of climate change. This also includes ensuring alignment of their investments with the country’s climate commitments and development goals.
